Meeting Rooms at the Leominster Public Library
 
  • Auditorium style set-up features a head table with all chairs facing the front of the room.
     
  • Conference style set-up features tables in a large rectangle with chairs around.

 

The Community Room is located on the first floor of the library.  This room is the largest meeting space in the library and is comprised of the Large and Small Meeting Rooms with the dividing wall removed.
     Auditorium style seats 100-125
     There is a screen in this room.
The Large Meeting Room is located on the first floor of the library.
     Auditorium style seats 50–75
     Conference style seats 20–24
     There is a screen in this room.
The Small Meeting Room is located on the first floor of the library.
     Auditorium style seats 30–40
     Conference style seats 8-10
     There is a screen in this room.

The Friends Room is located on the third floor of the library.
     Conference style seats 8-10.
     There is a white board in the room.
 
The Children’s Program Room is located in the Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room on the first floor of the library. It is made available through a generous donation by the Leominster Credit Union

     This room seats 24 people on child-height stools and tables.
     There is a white board in the room.
 

The Historical Conference Rooms are located on the second floor of the library.

The Historical Conference Rooms are restricted to use by the library and by municipal departments only.

Both rooms may be booked together as the Historical Conference Suite.
 
The Historical and Genealogy Research Rooms are located on the second floor of the library and house the library's local history and genealogy collections.  The materials in these collections are available for use by researchers after signing in at the Reference Desk.

These rooms are not booked for meetings for the general public.

The Genealogy Research Room is made possible through a generous donation by the Millette Family.
 
Optional equipment available for use in the Meeting Rooms includes:
 
  • Podium
  • AV Cart
  • Screen
  • White Board
Group Rooms:
The Group Rooms may be used by individuals or small groups.  These rooms may be used on a walk-in basis or reserved in advance. They do not require the submission of a Meeting Room Use Approval or Meeting Room Reservation Form.

There is a four-hour limit, which may be extended four hours at a time if no others are waiting.

The Group Rooms are made available through generous donations by:

The Adult Group Rooms (4) seat up to 4 people.

 

The Children’s Group Rooms (2) seat up to 6 people.

The Children's Group Rooms may be used only by children up to 11 years of age or by adults accompanied by children up to 11 years of age.
